About the Role:

WorkPac on behalf of our leading client are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the Yatala team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project the overall costs of materials, labour, planning such as blueprints, site drawings and equipment

• Liaise with architects, contractors, construction workers and local authorities

• Keep track of construction progress to ensure that completed work is within budget

• Consult with project owners on whether their project is feasible

• Set up reporting processes

• Request quotes from suppliers and negotiate deals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months in a similar role

• Proven experience completing majority of the above duties

• Previous experience working as an estimator in construction (line marking industry experience is highly desirable)

• Microsoft software experience

• Strong mathematical skills
