Pump Technician
Job Highlights:
Gunnedah based Workshop (occasional field service work)
Monday - Friday
Ongoing role with view of permanency for right candidate
$32/hr base + penalties
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Pump Technician to join their Pump and Irrigation business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Repair and install a wide range of water pumps including pressure pumps, submersible and solar pumps both in our workshop and at clients premises
Skills & Experience:
Ability to perform heavy labouring tasks
Pump repair experience is not essential, but we do require somebody who is 'mechanically minded' and has experience in a similar field
Ability to work unsupervised and proactively manage their time and schedule
Electrical experience i.e. electric motors/pumps/control boxes would be viewed favourably
Mechanical trade qualification is an advantage
