About our Client
Our client is well established in the Newcastle area in the furniture retail industry looking to add an experienced Store Manager to the team, this role will be based in Muswellbrook.

About the Role

• Generate sales and meet sales targets in store

• Inventory control and management

• Order and receipt stock

• Complete run sheets for orders and deliveries

• Administration tasks including in store POS

• Staff rostering and team management

Skills and Experience

• Must have experience in merchandising

• Must have previous retail sales experience

• Management experience to lead a team

• Administration experience ie Point of sale system

• Proven sales records to achieve sales targets

• Be able to lead by example

• Training will be provided to ensure your understanding of the product range in store

• Monday to Friday hours - 9am to 5pm*

• Must be able to work every second weekend* and/or public holidays (shared roster)
