About our Client

Groote Eylandt is Australia's largest Manganese mining operation, and under the arrangement WorkPac will provide Industrial and Professional employees to help drive productivity and growth across all facets of the operation.

What You Will Be Doing

This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to safety to be part of a collaborative teamas a Stores Technician

Duties Include:

• Booking out of Tooling

• Ordering workshop Consumables

• Tooling Repairs & Calibration testing.

• Following up with venders on tooling repairs.

• Maintaining tooling & lifting registry

• Purchasing of Tooling & Equipment

• Disposing of waste oils

Required Skills

Open to entry level candidates with some industry knowledge or transferrable skills

• Manual C Class Drivers Licence

• Year 10 or equivalent

• Have or have the ability to obtain a forklift licence

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiar with Computer applications
