About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Straight Line Shift Advisor to join the team at Rio Tinto based in Perth. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday roster, based in Perth. This role will be for a 6 month duration with potential to extend.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyse incoming issues using SAP, site contacts and other resources to help develop potential solutions

• Complete and submit change management forms and documents

• Liaise with site customers and members of other support or project teams

• Maintain reporting and update shared documentation

• Assist with maintaining the database and survey systems

• Maintain own workflow and priorities

• Position based in Perth initially and potentially transitioning to site based.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid understanding and capabilities with SAP (RTIO systems experience an advantage)

• Reasonable experience with MS Office applications (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

• Experience with mine site fixed plant maintenance and/or operations.

• Understanding of mining maintenance planning and scheduling.

• Strong time management and work management skills

• Strong analytical ability with root cause analysis experience

• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Customer service/satisfaction focus

• Presentation and influencing capabilities appreciated

• C class drivers licence
