About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a skilled Superintendent to help drive key initiatives across our clients Civil and Mechanical projects. Based out of Middlemount you will be responsible for the supervision of both Civil and Mechanical contractors for the installation of a Reverse Osmosis Plant Together with supporting, pipes, pumps and associated works.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor all contractual obligations and ensure they are being met.

• Ensure that all sub-contractors manage their scope of works according to the construction program.

• Plan and conduct daily prestart meetings prior to shift commencement and ensure all site personnel are involved.

• Provide technical assistance and advice to work teams and customers.

• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders

• Track ongoing costs and ensure delivery of budget and forecast targets.

• Manage and develop roadmap in relation to construction across both Civil and Mechanical packages.

Skills and Experience

• Experienced Civil Supervisor with proven experience managing subcontractors and delivering construction projects.

• 5+ Years in the Mining Industry

• Ability to consistently compile and update regular reports.

• Valid Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• Strong management skills and the ability to build successful teams.
