About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, highly organised Execution Supervisor to assist our client in the Surface Major Maintenance Department onsite at Olympic Dam Mine. This position is located in Roxby Downs, and will have a 7/7 Roster with rotating dayshift and nightshift for an initial 8 month duration, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace.
Conduct motivating and interactive Pre-Start meetings to ensure safety is paramount within the team aligned with the way we work.
Manage/maintain teamwork roster and work management capacities considering required manning levels, training, planned and unplanned absences including contract partners.
Take on the Field Leadership role where you engage and coach workers to deliver projects safely.
Conduct / Participate in workplace investigations as required.
Plan, develop, organise and program remediation activities associated with the projects.
Review Task Hazard Analyst (THA) and Risk Assessments (RRRT), review Material Data Reports (MDR's) and Field Test Reports (FTR's) for compliance.
Scope repairs in conjunction with the project engineers
Work hand in hand with project engineers to manage TQ's, ITP, ITR's and all project related quality assurance documentation.
Management of SAP work management metrics, proficient use of SAP, create notifications, work orders and attend metrics meetings reporting on deviations to target.
Participate and lead Problem solving, 5s, MIP and all BOS routines.
Conduct and complete role confirmations, maintain a WILO.
Attend customer routines L2 and L3 meetings relevant to active project scopes.
Identify, rectify and report through EMS hazards in the workplace.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in "Safety Leadership"
Experience at Olympic Dam Mine
A current, unrestricted drivers license is essential
Previous experience in a similar role, supervising construction projects within a heavy industrial, or mining environment
Proactive stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to facilitate harmonious relationships and communicate effectively across multiple levels and disciplines
Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, reading schedules and experience with 1SAP will be advantageous
Demonstrates Organisational skills and team work.
