Batchfire together with WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Production Supervisors with a passion for both dragline and truck and shovel safe production to join the team. We are proud to be able to offer fantastic remuneration, long term work opportunities and immediate starts. You will be joining an Industry leading Operation where you will be able to bring your previous experience to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine reporting through to the mining Superintendent. You will be responsible for managing and leading a large team of operators to ensure operational production standards are met. You will effectively plan, monitor and coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to achieve the companies set targets and schedules.You will be working 12.5 hour shifts on a Life Style roster. These are ongoing roles and are available for residential & DIDO. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Supervisor Qualifications (S1, S2, S3)

• RIIRIS402 Carry out the Risk Management Processes (G2)

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia

• The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement - non mandated!
