Supply Chain Operations Analyst
About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Analyst for a short-term contract based at a mine site in Middlemount. This role will be responsible for providing analyst support to the interface management between Supply Chain, operations and the communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support specific safety, health & sustainability opportunities and risks and ensure relevant activities complies with all Safety, Health & Environmental requirements
Perform regular risk assessments and raise any risks/issues
Comply with relevant policies and standards
Engage with the asset operational planning team and provide analytics to support the strategic asset process
Analytic support for demand planning & forecasting to ensure alignment between Supply Chain and asset/ BU plans
Analyst support for asset scorecard and Supply Chain target reporting
Analyst support with end-to-end Supply Chain operational performance and excellence at an asset level
Identify and escalate any issues which impact delivery performance
Support cross collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, help to resolve complex Supply Chain issues and escalations from the operations
Analyst support with implementing Supplier Relationship Management processes
Support with embedding consistent asset compliance to Supply Chain policies and standards
Administration of commercial and contractual documentation
Analyst support for the implementation of contracts at asset level
Administrative support for commercial and technical contractual requirements and adjudication of supplier bids
Conduct data analysis
Support to ensure an effective and efficient PSC service is provided to all assets and BU stakeholders
Analyst support to contractual requirements and asset initiatives related to Sustainability, Inclusive Procurement & Social
Support the development and implementation of BU specific social & sustainability strategies and initiatives
Ensure personal Compliance to the procurement policy, procedures and methods
Ensure personal compliance to the BU/asset/site specific policies, procedures and requirements
Support with asset performance tracking
About You:
Undergraduate qualification - Bachelor???s degree level or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification (Honours/ Masters degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role (Desirable)
Good overall knowledge of Supply Chain Management in a global context
Supplier and Contractor Relationship Management
Inclusive/Local Procurement
Commercial understanding and application
Work in an agile, project focused environment
Work very effectively in a virtual environment with own team, key internal & external stakeholders and suppliers
Work in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment
Current C class drivers Licence
