About the Position
WorkPac are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator to join Rio Tinto's Learning and Development team based in Perth CBD. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the Learning Design team with troubleshooting, inbox management and customer support. This role will be commencing on a Monday to Friday roster and will extend through to the end of January 2022.
Duties will include:
Inbox Management
Troubleshooting
Providing customer support
Catalogue Management
Providing support to the Learning Design team as required
Skills and Experience:
Current C Class Drivers Licence
Demonstrated working experience as Systems Administrator - highly regarded
Experience utilising SAP - Highly regarded
Strong attention to details
Proficient using Excel
Analytical mindset and critical thinking with good problem solving skills
Team player and ability to collaborate with others
