About the Position:
In partnership with our leading Mining & Resource Digital Solution Client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Field Technician Manager for a full time, permanent opportunity based within Kewdale. This position will lead our clients digital field service team in Australia and the Americas. Our client has a portfolio of leading mining technology products providing solutions across productivity, maintenance, safety and lowering of emissions including load monitoring systems in the mining market and tooth loss detection technology.
This role would suit a Manager who has extensive experience with a affiliative and Coaching Leadership style: based on building relationships, close communication within the team, and an empathetic leadership style, who has management coaching exposure.
