About Our Client

Our client refurbishes and provides new undercarriage components to a variety of large mining clients across Australia and internationally.

What You Will Be Doing

• To work as a part of the technical team to provide undercarriage product support to both sales and operations business units to achieve overall quality operations and optimum customer satisfaction.

• Responsibilities Undercarriage Product Support Sales

• Provide technical support and advice to sales team on undercarriage products and service offerings.

• Utilise OEM technical platforms e.g. CAT SIS, Komatsu Parts to obtain technical information for sales team.

• Interpret technical drawings to assist sales team with customer enquiries.

• Research and share new product developments on OEM & ITM undercarriages.

• Provide customer and sales support for product issues Resolve all assigned support cases quickly and effectively.

What You Will Need

• WA C Class Drivers Licence

• Strong computer skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol screen
