About the Role:
In partnership with our leading government client, WorkPac are currently seeking multiple Trainee Delegates to work within the Clients' Benefits Division in the Perth CBD on a Monday - Friday roster.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to provide support to a variety of clients over the phone. Full training is provided to the successful candidates to manage cases and process complex healthcare claims.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Answer inbound phone calls
Undertake claims investigations and determinations
Provide advice and interpretation, including in writing, on aspects of legislation to colleagues, senior managers, and clients
Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external organisations to reach timely and correct determinations on claims
Undertake tasks and projects to enhance the quality and consistency of
