About the Role

We are seeking applicants who would like to undertake a 12-month Dump Truck Traineeship program, at Mt Owen working a 4 Panel (3/2/2/3) roster working Day and Night Shifts.

To be a member of our team, you will have a high regard for the value of teamwork, a strong work ethic to ensure all goals of the client are met, by acting with honesty and integrity. You will need to demonstrate you are the type of person who will take personal accountability and responsibility for your actions.

What you will Need

• A strong work history with contactable references

• Full C Class Drivers Licenceand can confidently drive manual

• Residential address located within 1hrs driveof the mine site (Mt Owen)

• Ability to complete an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol testing

What you will be doing

• Operating Dump Trucks in a safe manner

• Working both Day & Night shifts, including Weekends

• 12.33hr shifts across a 4 Panel roster 3/2/2/3

• You will meet KPI targets within the coal production environment
