About our client
Our Client is a leading manufacturer in explosives and is seeking a Trainee Explosives Operator for work in the Gunnedah Basin.

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Safely operate the MPU Truck in order to transport and deliver dangerous goods

• Assist the Shot Crew where necessary

• Maintain and organise the MPU Truck

• Work as part of a team within a high risk work environment

Skills & Experience

• Unsupervised Handling Licence (UHL) (or willingness to obtain)

• HR Drivers Licence

• Must be able to supply a Police Check and Driving Record

• Dangerous Goods Licence

• Similar experience preferred but not essential

• Ability to complete a Pre Employment Medical and D&A Test

Please note: No camp facilities are offered, this is a residential role only.
