About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning Learning Design team within a global organisation.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop learning outcomes and scope solutions using a variety of technologies.
Responsible for the design and development of new training material.
Pro-active communication with project team and vendors.
Design evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness of training against learning outcomes.
Apply adult learning principles to ensure effective design in all training materials.
Preferred, but not essential, to be proficient in the Adobe suite and Articulate suite.
Hold a Cert IV Training and Assessment as a minimum
