About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning Learning Design team within a global organisation, we are currently seeking a Learning Designer for a position based in Perth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop learning outcomes and scope solutions using a variety of technologies.

• Responsible for the design and development of new training material.

• Pro-active communication with project team and vendors.

• Design evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness of training against learning outcomes.

• Apply adult learning principles to ensure effective design in all training materials.

• Preferred, but not essential, to be proficient in the Adobe suite and Articulate suite.

Qualifications

• Hold a Cert IV Training and Assessment as a minimum
