About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced customer serviceofficer, supporting the safe and efficient movement of Rio Tinto personnel across the Pilbara region.
Our ideal candidate is motivated by a fast-paced and dynamic work environment & is committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
The role is located at Rio Tinto, Central Park Perth on a 5:2 roster Mon- Fri, 8hr days. This is a 12-Month casual contract, with the possibility of extension & conversion to WorkPac FTE after 12-Month's with the team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating travel bookings for flights, accommodation, and vehicles, using Inflight, Concur, RTTMS
Providing support to RTIO personnel with travel-related queries or feedback via phone or email
Providing reliable and service-focused communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Auditing/Reporting to trouble
