About the Position:
Currently an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced State Operations Manager to lead and develop our highly performing third-party warehousing and logistics branch located in Perth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and with support from the National Operations Manager, your primary purpose will be to direct, control and lead the sales and operational activities for the Branch to optimize and achieve profitability and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and co-ordinate the business objectives, policies, and programs for the Branch within the context of the company's strategic plan
Contribute to customer acquisition and retention objectives by forming and maintaining relationships with key customers
Lead, motivate and develop employees within the Branch
Manage operating costs of the Branch ensuring they
