Our client is a renowned global leader in hazardous waste treatment, recycling, and recovery, with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and safety. They specialize in soil remediation, making a significant impact on the world's environmental challenges.

Responsibilities

As an HC/HR Truck Driver you will play a crucial and versatile role in their operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating skip bin trucks

- Driving liquid tankers

- Physically hooking up and handling skip bins

- Disassembling pipes to facilitate waste removal

- Assisting with labour tasks when required

- Ensuring the safe transportation of hazardous waste materials

- Compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

- Maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the assigned vehicles

- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

- Valid HC/HR driver's license

- Operating skip bin trucks and liquid tankersis preferred but not essential

- Physical fitness and the ability to handle skip bins and pipes

- A strong commitment to safety and environmental standards

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and nights

- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a safer, cleaner planet
