What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Weighbridge Operator for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deliveries and sales including the effective operation of the Jandabup Weighbridge. This will include, however not be limited to:

• Ensure that the weighbridge computer systems are well maintained and operating effectively

• Liaising with site representatives and operational managers to create purchase framework requisitions for vendors and coordination of payment

• Data entry and coordination of the costs approval process

• Ensuring delivery dockets are goods receipting in a timely manner and monitoring open purchase orders to obtain proof of delivery

• Supporting site representatives and operations managers in purchasing processes including with liaising with vendors to provide quotes and following up invoices

• Raising purchase requisitions and processing of invoices;

• Goods receipting of items; and

• Ordering and raising purchase requisitions required by the business for personal protective equipment, uniforms and other items as required

• Manage the regular calibration of the RHDC weighbridge and ensure legislative requirements are achieved.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Experience operating a Loader - advantageous

• WA C Class Drivers Licence

• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen
