About The Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Workforce Analyst to join Rio Tinto's People & Strategy team, specifically focused on labour related analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse workforce data against trends and provide insight.
Scenario modelling using flexible factors.
Undertake impact modelling.
Provide data analytics on current state.
Use of Power BI for visualisation.
Stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience
Experience in data analysis and able to distil information into meaningful insights.
Able to visualise and communicate insights in a clear, concise and effective manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong Excel skills and experience in visualisation packages such as Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience driving change and process improvement will be highly regarded.
