About The Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Workforce Analyst to join Rio Tinto's People & Strategy team, specifically focused on labour related analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data against trends and provide insight.

• Scenario modelling using flexible factors.

• Undertake impact modelling.

• Provide data analytics on current state.

• Use of Power BI for visualisation.

• Stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in data analysis and able to distil information into meaningful insights.

• Able to visualise and communicate insights in a clear, concise and effective manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong Excel skills and experience in visualisation packages such as Power BI.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience driving change and process improvement will be highly regarded.
