About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Construction Works Supervisor for an immediate start. This roster will be a Monday to Friday roster and will be based within the Snowy Mountains/ Monaro local areas.
Duties:
The Works Supervisor reports to the Delivery Manager on day-to-day coordination and on-site control of direct labour, contractors, suppliers and plant and materials.
The Works Supervisor oversees the in-process quality, environmental, safety and traffic control of works by direct labour and contractors.
Works Supervisors are responsible for all activities undertaken by the teams under their control.
The Works Supervisor has the role of safety representative (network, project or site) with the primary responsibility for ensuring that the WHS Plan (Section 3 Safety Management) is implemented on work sites.
