About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator Working in a fast paced, developing and expanding department within Komatsu. The Workshop Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a quality service to both internal and external customers for the Fabrications Team.
Experience
Liaise and process replenishment of weekly inventory and consumable orders for Fabrication Parts and material for operations.
Receive delivery dockets into SAP
Respond quickly and professionally to enquiries ensuring that a high level of customer service and satisfaction is provided.
Arrange bookings and coordination of flights, accommodation and travel requirements as requested by your Manger.
Assist Production Support Department with raising purchase orders, as required.
Skills and Experience
Good SAP knowledge
Good Excel skills
Accurate data entry skills to process timesheets on a daily and weekly basis
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
