About our client

Our client is the original supplier of steel reinforcement to the Australian construction industry. Proudly Australian since 1920, all of their steel products remain 100% Australian made with international quality assurance and compliance with Australian standards. They are currently seeking a yard hand to join their team in Bundamba (QLD). The successful candidate will be required to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

What you will be doing

This is a Monday -Friday position commencing at 8:00am working 8 hour days. You will be responsible for yard-based labouring duties:

• Loading steel onto trucks using the forklift

• Loading steel onto pallets by hand and also forklift

• Packing products (mainly steel) as per an order sheet

• Maintain cleanliness of the factory

What you will need

• Drivers licence/reliable transport

• Forklift license and previous experience

• Previous labouring experience

• Physically fit and strong work ethic

• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
