Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines

ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeking experienced Technician Trainer to work in the Site Systems Department of a mine located near Blackwater.

DUTIES & RESPONSBILBITIES

• Administering and ensuring the integrity of the sites training records

• Reporting of Site Compliance with regards to legislation and organisational capability

• Assist with verification and Data entry into Training systems

• Ensure all training documentation is verified and complaint

• Proactive continuous improvement of data processing and administrative training processes

• Customer service
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have knowledge and relevant experience in training within a coal mining environment, with the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently, both paper based and electronic. Will have relevant experience as an administrator, high levels of initiative, impeccable attention to detail, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high level of interaction with all levels of the business. Demonstrated success in MS Office and Learning Management Systems will ensure success in this role.
