WorkPac’s Standard Terms and Conditions are found in the links below and will apply to all engagements unless client-specific terms and conditions are agreed in writing and signed by the relevant WorkPac entity. The Industrial, Mining and Professional terms and conditions apply to all engagements except for those in the health, aged care and social care industries. In the health, aged care and social care industries the Health and Social Care terms and conditions apply.
