• $30.79 phr plus penalties & Super

• Previous Accounts experience

• Temp to Perm for the right person, Based in Mackay

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Officer for work in Mackay, Previous experience in Accounts is required in Mackay. This position will be Immediate Start , Monday To Friday - 38 hour week and Temp to Perm for the right person.

Skills and Experience

The Accounts Officer is responsible for:

• Ensuring all accounts are processed in accordance with relevant standards.

• Raise tax invoices against work completed.

• Account reconciliations.

• Allocation of payment and receipts.

• Debt collection.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoicing issues ? i.e purchase orders, change orders, claim
  approvals etc.

• Provide financial reports to Management.

• Complete Vendor Registration forms

• Process weekly Accounts Payable

• Process purchase, invoice and banking documentation.

• Answer phone calls using clear English vocabulary and delivery.

• Respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner.

• Experience with Ariba program (BHP) for invoice submissions would be looked at favourably
  

Must be available for immediate start and have a drivers licence
