About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client's team in Karratha. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative duties, ensuring the efficient operation of the financial processes within the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of invoicing and ensure timely payments.
Oversee the dispatch and receipt of goods.
Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Generate and manage purchase orders as required.
Maintain effective communication with both customers and suppliers.
Provide support with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills and Experience:
Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
Driverâs License (DL): A valid driverâs license is required.
