About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client based on a mine site in Central Queensland.
Responsibilities will Include:
Data entry into relevant systems
Filing, scanning and sending correspondence
Raising Purchase Orders
General administrative and reception duties
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within a similar administration position
High Attention to Detail
Strong communication and organisation skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate Excel software experience
Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 or willing to obtain
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
