About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Jandakot. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks. Your enthusiasm, consideration, and ability to manage situations will be key strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate between the administration, planning and field teams to prioritise and attend to business and client needs.

  • Assist management team with gathering information and reports and liaising with clients.

  • Assist management with streamlining process and procedures to maximise efficiency.

  • Manage and work through discrepancies with key internal and external customers to provide resolutions to problems.

  • Answering phone calls and business emails.

  • Assist with a wide support team in delivering business functions to properly serve client expectations.

  • Performing support administration functions in a timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the business.

About You:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role with strong focus on accounts receivable and administration functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.

  • Experience with Pronto is desirable.

  • Can collate and analyse data to support dispute resolution process with clients.

  • The ability to problem solve, process improve and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

  • Superb attention to detail is essential.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
