About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an Administrator Officer to join our clients team. This position will be to administer and support both the internal and external customers for the Adelaide Service department meeting their needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner and ensuring achievement of agreed objectives in delivering quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and facilitate all incoming calls and action requests promptly.

  • Manage and facilitate customer requests and enquiries over the counter or telephone.

  • Log service calls and minor works through Pronto.

  • Coordinate planned service run and dispatch technicians to jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Run overdue reports and coordinate completion of services/works.

  • Assist in the review and modification of service runs between field staff members to ensure efficiencies are maintained.

  • Liaise with field staff and assist with timesheet kiosk process functionality

  • Maintain records for testing, service calls and minor works (computer/hard copy)

  • Ensure technical reports and other required paperwork are matched to job sheets/PO numbers and are dispatched to the hub and major accounts for timely invoicing.

  • Generate Purchase Orders and check received goods.

  • Control incoming and outgoing of stock and ensure accuracy of stock records at all times.

  • Maintain the required records of the business eg: tool register, training register, vehicle and ladder inspections etc.

  • Housekeeping to be kept up to date in the warehouse/store, office and computer system.

  • In conjunction with the other Admin staff you will facilitate and coordinate all branch administration activities on a daily basis.

  • Communicate any customer relation, HR or IR issues to the manager in a timely manner with relevant detail.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Australian C Class Drivers Licence

  • Available for an immediate start.

  • Previous experience in an administration role.
