About the Company

Our client is the world's only plug-in cedar ice bath giving customers a beautiful and functional true 0-degree ice bath. They are a small, dedicated team that are looking to expand globally after becoming one of the industry leaders in the world of ice baths. The are currently seeking an After Sales/Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Molendinar, Queensland, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to work a 38-hour week, from Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to address customer issues and improve product/service quality.

• Assist with Quality Control and ensuring all productions are dispatched with appropriate QC Checklists

• Arrange for dispatch paperwork and labels for all outgoing stock.

• Various ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based industry.

• Ability to work as part of a team and constructively engage with team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and present insights.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure whilst maintaining composure.
