About The Role

WorkPac are seeking an Agile Project Manager to work in the analytics team to coordinate multiple project across the Cloud Data Platform.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the analytics team in moving from a traditional waterfall methodology to an agile environment.

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly status updates and reports.

• Implement key software practices and the strategic implications to the business e.g. DevOps, Cross Functional Teams and Continuous Delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Scrum experience working with Kanban boards and well versed in Agile delivery.

• Working knowledge of Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks.

• Demonstrable experience running multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.

• Clear communicator and true leader, with great interpersonal and stakeholder (internal and external) management skills.

• Ability to interact, communicate, present and influence with both business and technical teams.

• Analytic-minded self-starter with an eye for detail and resourcefulness to work in an innovative environment.
