About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking an Analyst for our client's Finance team in Perth. Responsibilities include query response, cost center reconciliation, journal entries, report generation, and problem-solving. This position is Monday to Friday and offers 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to queries from customers and FBP group.

• Reconcile employee cost centres.

• Post accrual entries and calculate provisions.

• Supporting Journal preparation.

• Generating management reports.

• Posting cost corrections.

• Collate information, write instructions, and generate a report.

• Problem solving

• Reviewing accounts and cost centres

• Purchase order review and correction

• Any other ad-hoc request or analysis

Skills & Experience Required:

• Background in Accounting/Management Account or Analyst

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc)

• Experience with Power BI

• Knowledge of SAP

• Australian C Class drivers' licence
