About Our Client

A locally owned and operated company with 30 years experience within the Mining, Sugar and Agricultural Industries, and also supply the Australia and overseas market in both Civil and Sea Ports.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Boilermakers for our local workshop in Mackay, who have the ability to work in a Team environment and have a passion for safety. This is an ongoing to Permanent work for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities

• welding and fabrication work in the workshop

• MIG, TIG or arc welding

• Installing, maintaining and repairing equipment such as Excavator or Loader Buckets, Engine parts, Machine guards and enclosures, Storage Tanks, Drum stands (steel drums on stands, for storage of chemicals or fuel), Sheet metal and Toolboxes.

Skills & Experience

• Current Forklift ticket preferred

• Trade qualified, boilermaker or welder

• Experience in MIG, TIG or arc welding

• QLD Drivers License and Own Transport
