Expression of Interest Refractory Bricklayers

• Accommodation, flights/travel and meals are paid for by the client

About the Role

We are currently seeking expression of Interest for Experienced Refractory Bricklayers for work around Australia on various Rosters. Refractory bricklaying installation of refractory lining into reduction cells.

To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:

• Certificate in Brick Laying (Essential)

• Forklift and crane licenses (Desirable)

• Forklift, dogging and rigging tickets would be advantageous

• Proven experience in a similar work environment

• Demonstrated ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance

• Ability to make sound judgments to ensure plant integrity is maintained at all times

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing assigned tasks

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team and to autonomously manage your workload

You will require:

• Trade Qualified Bricklayer

• Heavy Industry and Refractory experience

• Forklift ticket (preferred)

• Gantry crane (preferred)

• Confined Spaces & Working at Heights

• Drivers Licence

• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
