About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking expressions of interest forexperienced Business Analysts for upcoming opportunities with our clients based in Perth, WA. The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, scope work and document business processes for projects.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for working with business stakeholders across the joint venture to gather requirements and scope work.

• Detailed analysis of customer requests.

• Use an appropriate range of techniques, methods, and/or processes to gather and document both requirements and business processes

• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Document business processes

• Provide feedback and advice to business stakeholders to assist with the design of future business processes and correction of faults in existing business processes

• Engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs and express these as user stories for delivery.

• Works independently on assigned tasks with appropriate guidance/ monitoring

• Effectively collaborates with other team members and teams

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated skills and experience in a Business Analysis role delivering multifaceted artefacts, project outputs, and/or ICT projects

• Demonstrated experience and skills in requirements elicitation and definition, business process re-engineering and process mapping

• Demonstrated experience working with a divergent group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

• Experience developing requirements for an online self service portal

• Ability to identify potential issues or risks, track problems, suggest alternatives and escalate as appropriate

• Experience in facilitating and running requirements gathering workshops using one or more methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong experience in writing user stories and business requirements

• Must hold working rights in Australia
