About the Client

With a notable 50-year history, our Client is a third generation institution specializing in Civil Infrastructure and Land Development works including Infrastructure works, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Estates. They are currently seeking a Civil Foreperson to join their team based in Spring Mountain for an ongoing position.

What you will be doing

You will be required to work Monday - Friday commencing at 6.30am working approximately 8-10 hour days. You will be required to manage staff, liaise with clients and tradespeople, organize daily site activities and complete site documents. On project completion, the successful candidate will be assigned to other projects in a similar location.

What you will need

• Construction White Card

• Cert IV in Supervision preferred but not essential

• Experience working on subdivisions

• Experience supervising a civil time on a construction site

• Available to commit to ongoing work

• Current resume with 2 x work related references

• Any machinery tickets advantageous
