About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking a CMS Supervisor based on site to commence work as soon as possible. This position offers an 8/6 roster for 12 months in duration.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Ensures compliance with Contractor Management System

• Provide coaching to Contractor Leaders on Prestart information and Leadership in the field elements

• Supports contractor to manage incidents in line with RTIO guidance

• Supports contractor to work through project operations readiness items

• CRM participation and quality through coaching and own performance

• Provides regular feedback through the CMS Portal

• Audits equipment for compliance with Pro track Equipment Inspection guidelines

• Audits personnel for compliance with mandatory qualifications

• Audits tracking sheets

• Drive continuous improvement in safety in alignment with the Safety Maturity Model

Skills & Experience Required:

• Understanding of project management and supporting framework

• Knowledge of the project study phase and executing planning, project strategy and stakeholder engagement

• Rio Tinto Iron Ore contractor management experience desirable

• Project Management and experience within Earthworks

• Experience working for Rio Tinto or BHP in Project Advisor roles

• WA C class drivers licence
