About The Role

WorkPac are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join a project implementation team for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital on a FIFO 8/6 roster to Paraburdoo.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and delivery of project plans in line with construction schedules.

• Provide contractor management supervision for construction works.

• Interface between SMP and Electrical works.

• Responsible for completions and handover to commissioning teams.

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified Mechanical, Electrical or Boilermaker.

• Project construction supervision experience in the mining sector.

• Strong decision-making capability along with ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to lead, influence and motivate.

• Current WA C Class Driver's license.
