About the Role:
We have an opportunity for a Construction Supervisor within the Hydrocarbons and Water Team Utilities Maintenance Engineering. The role will report to the Principal Advisor Hydrocarbons Water and Waste Water, on an 9:5 roster however roster may vary depending on project needs, FIFO based in either on Coastal or Inland Sites
Key Responsibilities will include:
Planning daily work, utilising team strengths
Organising Flights Accommodation and long-term accommodation planning
Sourcing and generation of CMS documentation for site mobilisation, verify qualifications , getting qualifications loaded on RTIO system
Completion of Site Inductions and running daily CRM prestart meetings with Contractor team.
Manages / supervises contractors while on site - day to day administration and co-ordination of work
Construction area isolation plans - Isolation officer for the works - organise a mechanical and electrical isolations as required
Review and approve JHAs, Permit to Work, Hot Works Permits, and Confined Space Entry Permits etc and ensures HSEQ standards and safety regulations are adhered to.
Organisation and coordination of all crane lifts, mobilisation and demobilisation of construction equipment, sea containers hire equipment tank lifts etc.
Coordinate vehicle and equipment inspections.
Skills & Experience Required:
Understanding of RTIO HSEQ safety systems
Mechanical or Other Trade qualification
Background in industrial mining maintenance.
Western Australian C class drivers licence
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP
Contractor management supervision
Stakeholder and customer focussed with a collaborative approach.
Desirable experience:
Experience in the maintenance Fuel Terminal /Hydrocarbon and Water assets
Basis knowledge and understanding PLCs and Citect systems
Western Australian Heavy Rigid drivers licence
High Risk Work Licences in LF, WP, CV, DG, RG, C6
