About the Role

Are you in the Civil Construction Industry and want to get off the tools?

Are you a seasoned professional in civil construction with a knack for leadership?

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team to success?

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Construction Team Leader.

 

What you will be doing:

• Working a 38/hr week with OT available

• Overseeing the and delivering civil works on time for our client.

• Managing and lead a construction team

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

 

What you need:
 

• Current Drivers Licence

• Trade Background

• Certificate of Proficiency for your trade

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Able and willing to complete a Pre employment Medical with D&A testing

• Right to work documents

• Provide 2 workplace references
