About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a Conveyor Systems Advisor to join the Operational Excellence Conveyor Performance Improvement team. This Perth based role is crucial to ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our conveyor systems across our operations. As a Conveyor Systems Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in conveyor systems, components, and SAP to contribute to the success of the business.

Ideally you are someone who has the ability to create and foster relationships at a site level and can work along side personnel to improve the performance of the conveyor assets. You will possess the key attributes of conveyor knowledge, SAP experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize your in-depth conveyor knowledge in maintenance, hygiene, troubleshooting, and optimization of conveyor systems.

• Collaborate with a team and follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

• Act as an individual contributor and work effectively within a team environment.

Skills and Experience

• Comprehensive understanding of conveyor systems and components

• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance and inventory management.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Previous experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus.
