About the role:

WorkPac are current seeking an Customer Experience Specialist to join our leading security client, for a full time permanent position based within Salisbury. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this position will hold a Monday to Friday roster and will be responsible for responding and resolving customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all our customers

• Handling all customer inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner

• Problem solving and investigating a variety of simple and complex requests

• Provide first line customer retention services

• Data entry / administration

• Handle customer complaints and disputes

What you will need:

• The ability to identify a customers need and provide support

• A fast learner and a love for learning new things

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
