Our client is a specialist supplier of air conditioning components, specialising in customised products, commercial plan quotations & flat packed manufacturing. Due to their ongoing growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative to join them and be part of their success. This role is based in Hendra

What You Will Be Doing:

This is a long-term temp to perm position with a Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 7:00 AM. Our client values work-life balance and offer a stable and consistent work routine. As a Counter Salesperson you will be responsible for assisting customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries, provide product information and support to customers, processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers, and other general admin tasks.

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Customer service experience

• Able to commit to long-term, ongoing work

• 2 X work related references
