About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to be based in Emerald. This person will be able to develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team. Develop productive working relationships with internal / or external customers, Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions , develop a strong knowledge of customers needs and a strong knowledge of the company products and services.

Skills and Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Experience with Sales & Admin

• Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills

• MS Office Suite knowledge

• Handle sales inquiries via inbound sales calls

• Handle counter sales

• Ensuring customer complaints and queries followed up.

• Process credits as required,

• General office duties as required.

The role is 40 hours p/week Monday to Friday, ongoing role for the right person.
