About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to be based in Emerald. This person will be able to develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team. Develop productive working relationships with internal or external customers, Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions, develop a strong knowledge of customers' needs and a strong knowledge of the company products and services. This role is Monday to Friday ongoing to permanent for the right person.

Skills and Experience

• You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills

• Handle sales inquiries via inbound sales calls

• Handle counter sales

• Ensuring customer complaints and queries followed up

• Process credits as required

• General office duties as required

• Forklift Licence
