About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to be based in Emerald. This person will be able to develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team. Develop productive working relationships with internal / or external customers, Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions , develop a strong knowledge of customers??? needs and a strong knowledge of the company products and services.

Skills and Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Maintain availability to take inbound calls or attend to counter sales.

• Identify and assess customer.

• Achieve the sale and raise customer orders within ASW.

• Identify and assess customer requirements, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions where required.

• Liaise with sales team members in arranging sales leads to be followed up by external sales team members.

• Ensure that delivery expectations are met and manage all Overdue orders as a priority.

• Communicate Known stock discrepancies & ensure necessary action taken.

• Process credits as required, ensuring that the correct processes are followed.

The role is 40 hours p/week Monday to Friday, ongoing role for the right person.
