About the Role
Our client is involved in the industrial/construction industry supplying rigging and lifting equipment to clients and customers throughout Australia.
They are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer (Admin Officer) for MAT cover leave for a minimum of 9 months with the strong potential for the position to be ongoing. Successful candidates must be able to start at the end of May to allow for training/transition period at their Toowoomba location.
What you will be doing
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. You will predominantly be responsible for the following.
Duties
Answering phones
Keying orders
Over counter sales
Data entry
Monitoring emails
Quotes
Pick packing (when it's quiet)
Requirements
Previous admin or retail experience
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Computer skills
