Customer Service Scheduling Supervisor

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Scheduling Supervisor for our construction and building services client in East Perth. The successful candidate will be overseeing day to day service and deliverable for our clients resources, liaising with a range of departments to ensure customer service requirements are achieved in a timely manner, scheduling fleet and responding to jobsite and demand changes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Scheduling/Allocation team, plants and quarries to assist with planning to deliver the schedules demand

  • Ensure efficient and effective daily scheduling and dispatching of deliveries to meet customer service requirements.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure scheduling and dispatching requirements are met including drivers, plants, quarries, logistics and allocation teams.

  • Meet with customers onsite with Account Managers to assist in resolving any delivery concerns or areas of improvement.

  • Managing all fleet scheduling and ensuring delivery requirements until jobs are complete.

  • Maintaining strong team leadership including KPI management and ongoing staff training and upskilling

  • Capture and maintain cycle times, service interruptions to ensure continuous improvement of service levels.

  • Communicate effectively to the business around service and have direct input into the daily war rooms.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous expereince working in Customer Service Administration

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Strong industry and logistics knowledge, preferably in the pre-mix concrete or distribution industry

  • Ability to learn new computer systems.

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work in a busy office environment.

  • Commitment to teamwork and safety

  • Organizational skills and efficient time management

  • Attention to detail

  • WA C Class Drivers Licence
